With the 89th Annual Academy Awards are just few days away to supervene, voters are up ready with their predictions to guess the probables with higher chances to clinch the winning title and grab the Oscars.
Critics, Jury and Voters every year, acclaims Movies which make their way winning an oscar in their nominated category. Only a rare occurrences were seen in which, the movie predicted by voters didn't go for a win.
As far as the nominations are concerned, they are divided into 24 categories, out of which the most highlighted awards are provided for the categories: Best Picture, Best Actor, Best Actress, etc.

1. Best Picture: La La Land
No doubt La La Land has won hearts of every movie fans globally, now they are marching towards, an inch closer to win their Best movie title and the possibility of winning is very high, with Moonlight holding up the race at number two.
2. Best Actor: Denzel Washington
Casey Affleck records a wonderful performance for his serious role of an ex-hubby, agonized father and an uncle in the movie, Manchester by the Sea, but it seems like Washington could give him an edge for his role in the movie Fences.
3. Best Actress: Emma Stone
With BAFTA, SAG and Globe awards in her kitty, it looks like Emma can make her way to win the oscar race for best actress, for the movie, La La Land. Although, Meryl Streep in the movie Florence Foster Jenkins has acclaimed many critics prizes in her account, which makes it a competitive title.
4. Best Supporting Actor: Mahershala Ali
Performing a complex role of a drug dealer, Ali, who's portrayed with a kind role in the movie Moonlight, remains a top contender for Oscars in the category.
Before Ali, Dev Patel grabbed the attention of voters and had a very high chance of winning it, due to his splendid performance, acting as a brother in the movie 'Lion'.
5. Best Supporting Actress: Viola Davis
As of now, she's among the favourites, to clinch the title and let the trend #OscarsSoBlack glitter, with her 3 category nominations.
Appearing as a wife of Denzel in the movie Fences, Viola stands way ahead of the other competitors, making the prediction for the category, very easy as compare to other 24 categories.
6. Best Director: Damien Chazelle
No more words for the director because the movie La La Land, says it all. His retro-musical romance movie has high chances to beat Mel Gibson's Hacksaw Ridge and Jenkin's well directed movie Moonlight.
7. Best Original Screenplay: Kenneth Lonergan
The script writing and direction for the movie, Manchester by the Sea could sail him to win the Oscar race. Before La La Land, Manchester By the Sea was predicted to win oscar, although the trend of the movie soured down and voters went for the new romantic drama.
