Kollywood movie lovers are all in a state of ecstasy, as the much awaited first look teaser of Chiyaan Vikram's new movie "Dhruva Natchathiram" had its grand online release on January 14, 2017.

The two minutes and thirty-eight-second video clip has already started trending on online spaces, and Vikram fans are all sharing it on platforms like Facebook and Twitter. Kerala beauty Anu Emmanuel is playing the lady lead in this movie.

Directed by acclaimed filmmaker Gautham Vasudev Menon, the film is expected to be an International spy-thriller with loads of action and excitement.

The teaser begins with an interesting note, as we are introduced to an unknown person called K. Vikram engages in a telephonic conversation with him, and soon we realise that the character 'K' is a dreaded villain, and he is the main antagonist in the movie. The video ends up in a thrilling manner, as Vikram says that he is going to hunt down K soon.

Audiences believe that Vikram is doing the role of an Interpol agent named John in this movie. His character seems so subtle in nature, and we can clearly make out that this role has that typical Gautham Menon touch.

The entire teaser is set in the backdrop of New York. The visuals are stylishly crafted, and it clearly indicates that Gautham Menon is making the film with top-rated technicalities.

Harris Jayaraj is known for composing some memorable tracks with Gautham Menon in Movies like "Vaaranam Aayiram" is composing the music for this film. The background score which we hear in the teaser indicates that Harris has turned some powerful background music for this Vikram starrer.

Suriya was approached for the role initially

Earlier, Gautham Vasudev Menon had approached Suriya to do the lead role in this movie.

But due to unknown reasons, the actor walked out of the project, and he roped in Vikram to do this role. This film is being made with a huge budget, and as per reports, the budget of this flick is more than Rs 50 Crores.
