The "Dancing With The Stars" Season 24 premiere is just two months away and the cast list is already coming together — executive producers have already picked half of the stars for the upcoming season and it's shaping up to become one of the best seasons in the history of the show.

Although ABC won't confirm the cast until a few weeks before the March 20, 2017 season premiere, some of the celebrities rumored to be hitting the dance floor during the upcoming season have already been dropping big hints on social media. And the pros who will be returning to "DWTS" in March (minus Derek Hough) have been doing some name dropping as well and the names have us all kinds of excited.

Who are the celebrities who are rumored to be joining the "Dancing with the Stars" cast and which pros will be joining them on the dance floor in March? Here's the latest buzz about the upcoming season.

Who will compete for the Season 24 Mirrorball trophy?

If you follow any of the pros on Twitter they aren't being too secretive about the lineup for the upcoming season. Last week, pro Emma Slater tweeted that her top three picks for dance partners are Barry Weiss (Storage Wars), Jonathan Scott (HGTV's "Property Brothers"), and comedian Russell Brand who was once married to pop star Katy Perry.

If Jonathan Scott doesn't get picked for the gig, his twin brother Drew Scott sent out a tweet that said, "Of course I do" in response to Emma's tweet, "You wanna do next season of @DancingABC?" Is it possible we could see both of the Scott brothers on the upcoming season?

They're both really fun to watch on HGTV, so to have both of them as part of the cast would be great fun.

"The Bachelor" star Nick Viall told ET he'd "love to do it" when asked about joining the cast after he hands out his final rose. He loves the spotlight, so don't be surprised to see him follow in the footsteps of other stars from the franchise including Trista Sutter, Jake Pavelka, Chris Soules, Sean Lowe, and Melissa Rycroft.

Olympic gymnast Simone Biles told E! News she "would really love to" join the DWTS cast in the spring since she didn't have time last season. Maybe she'll follow in the footsteps of Season 23 winner Laurie Hernandez.

"Pretty Little Liars" star Ashley Benson is another name that's come up in the cast rumor mill with Pure DWTS noting that pro Mark Ballas recently followed Ashley Benson on Twitter.

Derek out, Mark returning?

"Dancing with the Stars" executive producer Rob Wade recently confirmed to Glamour that pro Derek Hough is not returning for Season 24. When asked about Mark Ballas, Wade said he'd love to have him back, so let the speculation begins — Team Mark and Ashley?
