The Harris family of "The Deadliest Catch" has been dealing with a lot of issues lately and it turns out that they have now lost their grandfather. Josh Harris went to his Instagram page to share about the loss of their grandpa Grant Harris.

What did Josh Harris have to say?

Josh Harris shared a picture of his grandpa and said, "#legend #willmissyagpa Lost one of my heros today so smooth travels to an amazing man, hero and GPA. Love u gpa." This is sad news and the fans have been responding to Josh sending their condolences for his loss. So far, this is the only thing that Josh has shared about his grandpa's death.

If you remember, when Jake Harris was in the hospital a while back, Josh shared that he was going to see his brother and his grandpa both at the same time. Josh's grandpa hasn't been feeling well for a while now. Josh's father Phil has also passed away and fans are now commenting about how they are together again.

Grant raised his son Phil after his wife died when his son was just eight-years-old. Jake has been quoted saying that his grandpa wasn't sure how to raise a son, so he raised a worker instead. This was something that he did know how to do. Josh and Jake said that their grandpa was a good father, but Phil was known to be always working while his friends were playing sports and doing other things. You can find out a lot more about Phil and his relationship with his father in the book that his sons wrote about him called "The Legendary Crab Fisherman, Our Hero, Our Dad."

Phil Harris did leave home at a very young age, but it worked out okay.

The boys stayed close to their grandfather and Josh made it very clear that he is sad about his death.
