'TWD' 7x05 spoilers and theories: what is going to happen at Hilltop

Be very careful. Spoilers on "The Walking Dead" episode 7x05 will follow! As you can see from the trailer, the next episode will be focused on the characters now located in Hilltop (Sasha, Maggie, Jesus, Gregory and so on). Negan's lieutenant Simon will pay a visit to Hilltop with what we think is a sinister request. Negan already showed he is interested in the strong and beautiful Maggie, therefore it looks likely that Simon will speak to Gregory about her.

The good news is that both Sasha and Maggie arrived safely at The Hilltop colony after Negan's brutal killing of Glenn and Abraham. The bad news is that Gregory - Hilltop's leader - hasn't forgotten what Rick promised. All things considered, Gregory's only "way out" may consist in delivering Maggie into the hands of Negan. We also know that Carl and Enid are still looking for trouble: they will adventure outside Alexandria once again.

Spoilers from 'TWD' comic series: Maggie and Carl

If Maggie's storyline will follow the one in the comic series, we will see Glenn's widow convincing the population of Hilltop to fight against The Saviors. In the comic series Maggie Green becomes the leader of the Hilltop community, showing great strength and leadership. Maggie's role in the group and her struggle against the Saviors is very important in the comics: we'll see in the next weeks if she will play a similar role in the TV show.

Even if we cant' be sure (there are a lot of remarkable differences between the show and the comic series), in the next episode of "TWD" we may see Carl making a very dangerous decision: in the comics Rick's son perpetrates a solitary attack against the Saviors. We don't know if this is going to happen in the show, but Carl Grimes certainly looked very angry in episode 7x04...
