Elon Musk continues to pursue his vision for his The Boring Company. He has just received a go signal to proceed with his plans to bring people from New York City to Washington D.C. in just 29 minutes. No time to get bored in traffic huh?

Another milestone for Elon Musk!

Elon Musk is unstoppable! His dream is now finding light and it sounds very exciting!

The Tesla founder took to his official Twitter account the exciting announcement. According to the tweet, his company, The Boring Company, has just acquired the go signal to construct the underground tunnel in New York.

He also specified that it was just a verbal government approval, so it also means that the planning stage is still not definite.

In another tweet, Musk also admitted that the hyperloop plan still requires a lot of work. However, he also expressed his confidence to acquire the formal approval sooner than expected.

What about his unbelievable plans?

The Boring Company envisions to speed up travel time in the busiest streets of America’s business capital. The plan is to build an underground hyperloop, taking the route from New York City to Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington D.C.

Furthermore, the company also targets a grand plan to make the hyperloop very convenient for travelers. In another tweet, Musk bragged that there will be more than a dozen access points in each city. They aim to set up entry/exit elevators from each city center to another city center.

The best part of the plan is that, the hyperloop targets to clock in only 29 minutes to complete the journey from start to finish.

If it pushes through, people will have freedom with time as the long hours of travel time will be cut down to half an hour only.

Would you help make it possible too?

The NYC-DC Hyperloop plan seems extremely overwhelming and complicated to begin with. It would require the government office of each city to grant their final formal approval before The Boring Company can finally begin implementing the plans.

Elon Musk recognizes the challenges of his gigantic size hyperloop dream. He even took the time to ask support from the people as well.

In a later tweet, the SpaceX founder encouraged his 10.4 million Twitter followers to partner with his vision. Musk tweeted that if people also desire the hyperloop to soon become a reality, he pleaded them to also make some noise in their respective cities. If they will also make an effort to let their federal elected representatives and local government leaders know their approval with the hyperloop plan, the OpenAI chief emphasized how their cheering will impact the realization of the plan.

What do you think of the underground hyperloop? Would you cheer for it?
