‘Downton Abbey’ in the works

According to Variety, the film has been in the works for some time. The President of NBC Universal International Studios, Michael Edelstein, revealed to Associated Press how they are working on the script delicately. Edelstein wants every little detail to be just right.

They are also trying to figure out to reunite the original cast. After all, the people behind the project are considering the fact that people come and go and move onto other things. At the end of the day, Edelstein remains hopeful of executing all plans so that they can do the film sometime next year. Edelstein discussed all of this during a conversation with Association Press during the Singaporean leg of the “Downton Abbey” exhibition.
