Within a few months Nancy Pelosi, the Minority Leader of the House, and other Democratic leaders have firmly advised their more warlike members to speak about President trump's impeachment, saying that political support for such a move at the Republican-controlled Congress just does not exist.

However, the 25 House Democratic members, including top House Judiciary Committee members, are now urging for equally radical alternatives: they support a Bill that creates a congressional committee which could declare the President unable to perform his duties, leading to his impeachment on the basis of the 25th amendment Constitution of the US.

Trump's attack Mika

According to the Free Beacon, on Thursday, almost four hours after Trump stamped attacks on MSNBC cable anchor Mika Brzezinski in rudeness, personal conditions, the Chief Advisor Rep. Jamie Raskin, D-Md.

Emailed his colleagues and urged them to support the measure, saying the action was of permanent importance to the wellbeing and security of the nation.

Indeed, even Raskin admits that Congress and the state are largely unknown in the waters. The 25th Amendment was approved in 1967 in reaction to the murder of President John F. Kennedy and the medical crisis, including the heartbeats of Dwight Eisenhower and Franklin D. Woodrow Wilson and Roosevelt, to resolve cases where serving presidents become incapacitated and incapable of performing their official duties.

In one of the provisions, called Section 4, gives the Vice-President and the majority of the Government cabinets the power to decide that the President will not be able to fulfill the authority and duties of the Office, and will then submit it to the Congress in writing, which will result in the removal of the President. This is a process that has never been done.

Confusion in the 25th Amendment

However, Professor Raskin, a former professor of constitutional law, bases his account on largely neglected language in Chapter 4. It turns out that this does not have to be a cabinet, which makes the president incapacity for work. The section also allows the same body as the Congress can foresee by law'- with the Vice-President - to agree on the same terms.

However, 50 years after the entry into force of 25th Amendment, Congress has never established such a body. It urged for the establishment of an Oversight Commission on Presidential Capacity.

The agency would have an independent panel appointed by Congress leaders, which would include four doctors, four psychiatrists, and three other professionals. If the congressional decision, adopted simultaneously, would have the power to examine the president 'to decide whether the president is incapacitated from performing his duties, both mentally and physically.
