If you have Aunt Jemima frozen pancakes, waffles, or French Toast in your freezer, these products have the potential to make you sick. Certain lots of the popular breakfast foods are part of a massive recall by Pinnacle Foods because there's a chance the products could be tainted with Listeria. Find a full list of the recalled products below.

The FDA reports that Pinnacle Foods is pulling all of the products below from grocery store shelves. So far, no illnesses have been reported. However, you may have already purchased one or more of the 19 products that are part of this recall.

Listeria symptoms

If you have consumed one of the recalled products below, pay attention to the following symptoms. If you find that you have any Listeria-related symptoms, contact your physician.

According to WCPO, Listeria can cause several short-term symptoms including a high fever, headaches, nausea, and diarrhea. These symptoms can be serious for young children, pregnant women, and elderly people.

Listeria can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems.

Healthy people may suffer only short-term symptoms such as high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea. Listeria infection can cause miscarriages and stillbirths among pregnant women.

Which Aunt Jemima products are part of the May 2017 recall?

The FDA published a list of the recalled frozen foods this week.

It includes a variety of Aunt Jemima products including waffles, French toast, pancakes, Lil Griddlers, and mini pancakes.

  • Lil Griddlers (14.5 oz) blueberry flavor
  • Mini pancakes (14.5 oz)
  • French toast (12.5 oz) — regular, cinnamon, and whole grain
  • Buttermilk pancakes (14.5 oz) in regular, blueberry, whole grain, homestyle, club-style, and oatmeal
  • 60 count Pancakes marked "Mexico" with the UPC 019600435921 are also part of this recall
  • Frozen waffles (17.18 oz) — homestyle, buttermilk, blueberry, low fat, and cinnamon

In addition to the Aunt Jemima products listed above, the FDA has also recalled their 5.5 oz French toast and sausage meals and the Hungry Man selects Chicken and Waffles meals, in both the 8 oz. and 16 oz. packages.
