Zac Petkanis, a DNC senior adviser and transgender activist who recently referred to President Trump as a 'monster' for his position on transgender bathrooms, was reduced to a stuttering mess as he struggled to provide answers to Fox News host Tucker Carlson's basic questions on Thursday evening.

After opening the discussion with questions about former President Barack Obama's transgender bathroom policy, Carlson pivoted to the question of science, tossing his guest basic questions that Petkanis failed to answer. After Carlson asked how to tell whether a person is male or female, Petkanis replied that one's Gender Identity was enough to show what gender they are.

"Gender identity determines one's gender. Period," declared the guest.

Guest accuses host of being unenlightened

“If your sex is what you say it is, then what prevents me from playing on a women’s field hockey team?" pressed Carlson. "What prevents me from getting convicted of a felony and demanding to go to a women’s prison? It's a real question."

"It's not a real question," the visibly discombobulated Petkanis responded, before lashing out at the Fox News host, calling him 'unenlightened' and accusing him of resorting to 'silly hypotheticals', even though a transgendered high school wrestler in Texas, Mack Beggs, is presently competing in a state tournament in Houston. "There are no examples of this," insisted Petkanis.

Tucker's $1000 challenge

Carlson pressed his advantage, asking Petkanis to name a single scientist who believes that gender can be determined by one's emotions. As Petkanis stammered for an answer, Carlson upped the ante, offering his guest $1,000 if he could produce a scientist who could explain the scientific basis for determining gender according to feelings.

"You clearly have some issues," Petkanis shot back.

Carlson slapped his desk and laughed uproariously, declaring that Petkanis had undermined his own argument. "I'm actually enjoying this," announced Carlson as he closed out the interview.
