#Mondaywe can all stand together in our unified hate of this day. Is it because it's the day after the weekend? The beginning of a new week? Maybe it's both mixed in with a few other things.

Do you have the Monday's?

Maybe this is why?  #blues #crabby

  • Sleep: Most people don't get enough sleep during the week, so they try sleeping in on the weekends. But sleeping an hour or 2 for two days confuses our body clock. It can actually make you more tired at the start of the week. Which makes it more difficult to get up on Monday morning.
  • You feel bad about yourself: An average weekend might include, then overeating, drinking, or more smoke than normal. All of those things affect you physically. In fact a study shows that American woman of all ages feel less attractive on Mondays.
  • You dislike your job: According to a Gallup poll, 70 percent of people hate their jobs, or completely detached from their job. This contrIbutes to the "Monday Blues", feelings of anxiety and depression often start on Sunday night, which can lead to an unproductive Monday.
  • The weekend is over: It follows 2 days of freedom and fun, which is a bit of a myth because at least part of the weekend is devoted to mundane chores, laundry, shopping, running errands.

Turn that frown upside down..maybe

  •  When negative thoughts come up, take 5 long deep inhales and exhale through your nose.
  • Have gratitude for what you "hate" about the day.
  • Clean your work space: A messy desk is not conducive to creativity.
  • Do something you feel good about every week, visiting a pet shelter, or volunteering to help the elderly, or any meaningful activity gives you something to feel great about every week.
  • Turn up the music, a really great song that you love to sing, turn it up loud and sing at the top of your lungs.
  • Wear your favorite outfit, if you look good, it helps you to feel good.
  • Be kind, buy a friend a coffee, give someone a compliment, smile, say thank you. Trust me you will feel better.
  • Eat a great breakfast, eggs, fruit, toast, or a smoothie if you are busy. Avoid donuts, rolls, bagels, they will just make you feel sluggish. #HappyMonday
