Several Bethesda game titles will get new updates that will support the Xbox One X features. These range from fairly old ones to the most recent ones from the popular game developer. Some titles include “Fallout 3,” “The Evil Within 2,” and more. Bethesda confirmed all of this on its main site.

The new updates mostly support the new native resolution of the latest Microsoft video game console. One of the titles will also get a new patch that will support the PlayStation 4 Pro features. It increases frame rate, display resolution, and more.

4K resolution support for several titles

With the Xbox One X release, several video game titles from Bethesda can now support 4K resolution for 4K TVs. Several game titles will get this support with their respective updates. The titles are “The Elder Scrolls Online,” “Fallout 3,” “The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion,” “Skyrim Special Edition,” “Fallout 4,” “Dishonored 2 and Dishonored: Death of the Outsider,” and the latest released game: “Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus.”

Other game titles also get enhanced features. These features include dynamic resolution, improved framerate stability, 4K textures, 30 fps lock removal, upgraded shadows, and more.

‘The Evil Within 2’ gets new Xbox One X update

Bethesda has recently released the Xbox One X update for “The Evil Within 2.” The update increased the display resolution to 3200 x 1800 native resolution output.

It also improved the framerate stability and added the ability to disable the 30 FPS limit for a higher frame rate.

The PS4 Pro version of the video game also got a patch with improvements as well. It does not boast the same improvements as with the Xbox One X version, but it allowed a 1080p mode with higher frame rate. It increased the display resolution to 2240 x 1260 native resolution output on a 4K TV.
