Niantic Labs announced recently the arrival of the Legendary Beasts in “Pokemon Go.” Raikou, Suicune, and Entei arrived in the game a day before the Legendary Birds, Articuno, Lugia, Moltres, and Zapdos are scheduled to leave. The Legendary Beasts are traveling region-exclusive Legendaries on rotation. The powerful pocket monsters are only exclusive for a particular region for a period of one month and will soon visit other regions across the globe. To prepare for their arrival in your area, here are the best counters for each of the Legendary Beasts.

Legendary Beasts

The Legendary beasts were first introduced in the “Gold” and “Silver” installments of the popular franchise. They are known to wander around the Johto region, forcing trainers to follow their tracks. Starting August 31 until September 30, Raikou will only be exclusively available in North and South America. Entei, on the other hand, can be captured only in Europe and Africa while Suicune is only available in Asia and Australia.

Players are now itching to get their hands on the Generation II Legendary Beasts in “Pokemon Go.” Interestingly, players who already captured the new creatures in the game have shared the tested ways to catch these monsters.

Raikou

As an Electric-type of pocket monster, Raikou is weakest when matched with Ground-type creatures.

Players can use Golem since the creature is an excellent choice that players can bring into Battles. Other pocket monsters who can weaken Raikou are Sandslash, Donphan, Exeggcutor, Rhydon, and Nidoking.

Entei

Entei is another powerful Legendary Beasts that is now available in particular regions of the popular augmented reality game.

As a Fire-type pocket monster, it is best countered by Rock, Water, and Ground-type creatures. Players can choose Raidon and Golem in facing the Beast in the Raid. Moreover, other creatures like Omastar, Kingdra, Kingdra, and Tyranitar are also effective counters.

Suicune

Another Legendary Beasts recently introduced in the game is Suicune.

It is a Water-type pocket monster that can be easily defeated by Grass-type and Electric-type of creatures. Players can use other Legendaries in the Raids like Zapdos and Raikou. They can also use Meganium, Dragonite, Exeggutor, and Venusaur.

Last Ball Bug and PG Plus

Meanwhile, the Last Ball Glitch in the Battle Raids is now fixed. Niantic Labs recently made several side server fixes that resolved the bug. With the Last Ball Bug already fixed, there is a great chance that the extra Premier Ball given to players as a temporary fix will be removed. The game developer also improved the functionality of the “Pokemon Go” Plus with the in-game Battle Raids.
