Less than a week from now, Capcom will finally release the most-awaited Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite video game in the market. The sixth entry in the crossover game series, it will feature characters from Marvel and Capcom universes to compete in tag team battles.

In preparation for the worldwide release, Capcom recently released tutorial videos for six different characters: Captain America, Captain Marvel, Iron Man, Mega Man X, Morrigan, and Ryu. These tutorial videos (see below) will give players insights and techniques on the fighting styles of each fighter, their special moves, hyper Combos and more.

Fighting styles

The tutorial videos of the six Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite” characters will showcase how each play styles and powers will be called during gameplay including their more efficient attacks. For instance, fans of Captain America are instructed to fully utilize the iconic shield of the first Avenger.

As a superhero with no actual superpowers aside from his Iron Man suit, Tony Stark is expected to use his beam for every occasion. The main protagonist of Capcom's Darkstalkers series, Scottish Morrigan Aensland will bring new tricks to rule the skies using her Astral Vision and the Soul Stone. Carol Danvers dons her Captain Marvel costume as she brings her super strength and energy projection skills to “Marvel vs.

Capcom: Infinite”.

Japanese super warrior Ryu brings his signature moves and his well-known, well-rounded fighting style. Finally, Mega Max X brings his hit-seeking missiles that can bounce off walls which can cause a great amount of hit stun. According to Capcom, Mega Man X’s projectiles can beat most of its kind.

Five supers in one combo

The same day these five tutorials were released on “Marvel vs Capcom” YouTube channel, a video showcasing a different combo move was uploaded on Twitch. Based on the video provided by LI Joe, the single combo attack consisted of five supers from Ultron and Jedah.

The sequence starts with a standard combo from Ultron who will then tag Jedah which will unleash a series of attacks going into the first hyper.

Joe brought back Ultron and activated the Soul Stone's Infinity Storm attack. This brings both characters at the same time and controlled simultaneously.

This is where the magic happens! While Jedah is tied using his command throw animation, have Ultron fire off several Level 1 hyper combos. After three times, Ultron's level goes up to 3 triggered by pressing the Infinity Storm button while it is active. This combination attack is guaranteed to score 261 hits.

“Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite” launches Sept. 19, 2017, in North America and Europe on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One platforms. The game will be released in Japan two days later.
