After a year of their first release, Niantic's "Pokemon Go" has finally released their legendary update. The company released the first batch of Mythical Pokemon this summer with Articuno, Lugia, Zapdos, and Moltres following the Pokemon Go Fest. This time, to follow the legendary birds, Niantic will be releasing a certain Pokemon that a lot of fans can’t wait to catch in "Pokemon Go."

Pokemon Go: Mewtwo is coming worldwide

The Pokemon Go Stadium was a success! On their recent game event in Yokohama, trainers from all over Japan had a chance to get a raid battle with Mewtwo.

The stadium was packed with players who gathered their strength to battle the Pokemon. With a massive number of people in the stadium, everybody was able to catch the psychic Pokemon without a hitch. The event was more successful than the one held in Chicago, which disappointed many fans.

After the event, the company announced that Mewtwo is heading worldwide. It will be available to everybody as part of their new mechanic called Exclusive Raid battles. They are very much like existing raid battles, however, players need to get an invitation in order to get a chance to catch it. Aside from this, Exclusive Raid Battles only appear in a set period of time. This mechanic may make it difficult to some people to catch it.

But no worries, as there is always a way to get it.

How to get an invite for the Mewtwo battle

Despite being exclusive, there is always a way to get a permission for the upcoming battle. To get an invite, players need to complete in a raid battle in the exact location where the Exclusive Raid Battle is going to happen. Take note that your raid battle has to happen recently to get an invite in that location.

So far, Niantic has not released an exact statement about the schedule of Mewtwo’s raid battle. To make up for this, Niantic promises to give trainers advance notice to prepare for it. Raid battles are fought in groups, which will give players ample time to gather their team and come up with a strategy.

In other news, the company also teased certain powerful monsters that may hatch from Raid eggs in the future.

However, there is still no other news about this, especially when it will come. So you all have to wait for more news in coming days.

While we wait for Mewtwo, there are other legendaries available in "Pokemon Go" right now. Moltres, Zapdos, Articuno, and Lugia are still up for grabs. The mythical bird monsters can still be caught in Raid battles until August 31st.
