Latest “Pokemon Go” update: What players should expect

A new update was introduced to “Pokemon Go,” bringing together a new feature called Pokemon Go Raids. The new feature requires Trainers to take down Bosses at Gyms.

According to Niantic, Trainers will have an hour to complete the Raid. Raids have five difficulty levels, wherein the higher the difficulty the stronger the Raid Boss will be. With that said, the higher the level, the more players are needed to win the Raid event. In case a player wasn’t able to defeat the Boss in the Raid Battle, they may rejoin the raid as many times as they want.

After the introduction of the new “Pokemon Go” feature, Silph Road team launches a new tool called ‘The Silph Road Radio.’ The new tool is a real time tracker used to help find local raid groups, which also allows a gamer to alert players within the area if they’re going to take on a Raid Boss. As of the moment, The Silph Road Radio app is still in an active development stage (beta stage) so bugs within the app can still be expected.
