Keltner shared that he is currently working on new Easter eggs for the horror-survival game. The recent announcement has fans already waiting for the next update that the developer will roll out to the asymmetrical multiplayer horror title.

Furthermore, the game creator gave out a rather cryptic comment that hinted on what Gun Media has in store for fans. One fan suggested that it should have in-game puzzle or mystery to complete. Keltner replied and made a follow up saying that players will need to do some snooping to access the extra content.

Since the asymmetrical title is based on the movie franchise, there is a ton of inspiration that the developer can get inspiration from to create the Easter eggs.

Recently, fans have already found a link to the town of Blairstown and to Kane Hodder who portrays Jason in the movie.

Meanwhile, there were recent reports of the game facing issues with the established intellectual property of the franchise. Several players were alarmed with the news. However, a statement from the game’s lawyer pacified the situation giving assurance that the title will not be affected by the latest issue.

There were also speculations that the game will add the much-awaited single player mode. While this has been confirmed by Gun Media, the release date and other details about the mode is not yet revealed. The game developer has recently said that because of several issues in the game that required an immediate fix, the development of the mode has been delayed.
