EVO 2017 revealed a lot of new fighting game titles and new content for existing ones. They revealed new characters for some upcoming titles like "Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite" and much more.

Jedah joins 'Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite'

The first reveal from the big event was a new character for the upcoming fighting video game "Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite," which was Jedah Dohma from the classic "Darkstalkers" franchise. He is a 6,000 years old dark messiah, and he is also one of the youngest high nobles in the world of Makai. He was also seen in other game titles aside from "Darkstalkers" like "Capcom Fighting Evolution," and "Cross Edge."

Aside from the reveal, an exhibition match video, which can be viewed below, was also shown exclusively at the event.

It featured the new character that was revealed and a recently announced character as well, which was Gamora from "Guardians of the Galaxy." It also showcased other characters like Chun-Li, Ultron, Iron Man, and many more.

Unknown video game by Arika coming soon

Another reveal from the event was a new game with an unknown title for now. It is currently under development by the "Street Fighter EX" series developer Arika and it includes characters from the series like Skullomania, Shirase, Garuda, and many more. The new trailer, which can be viewed below showcased some the characters' gameplay.

Surprise crossover fighting game revealed

A surprise announcement from Arc System Works revealed that there will be a new crossover 2D fighting game that consists of several franchises, which will be released in 2018.

The game title is "Blazblue Cross Tag Battle" and it will be a crossover between "Blazblue: Central Fiction," "Under Night In-Brith Exe: Late," "Persona 4: Arena," and the phenomenal anime "RWBY." A teaser trailer was shown during the EVO 2017 event, which can be viewed below.

Trunks joins 'Dragon Ball FighterZ' with closed beta announcement

The upcoming "Dragon Ball FighterZ" fighting game, which was revealed last E3 2017, revealed another beloved character from the franchise. Future Trunks from the series has joined this epic fighting game made by Arc System Works and his gameplay video shows a lot of promise.

The game developers also revealed that there will be a closed beta for the PS4 and Xbox One, which will include all nine characters and the registrations will start on July 26.

'Fatal Fury' character joins up 'Tekken 7'

EVO 2017 surprised its participants with its latest reveal of a new DLC character for "Tekken 7." Geese Howard from the "Fatal Fury" and "The King of Fighters" series joins up with his signature moves and his popular counter attacks. The video showed that Geese has some issues with the game's villain, Heihachi, and it looked like he was trying to take over the position. Check out the "Tekken 7" Geese Howard Reveal Trailer here.
