The prestigious San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) kicks off this week and the publisher of the insanely popular Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy,” Activision is prepping something big for the attendees. It’s inviting the fans to tune into its panel on July 20 for some surprising news - is it the most requested Xbox One version of the game?

SDCC appearance

In its most recent blog post, Activision confirmed that it will attend this year’s Comic-Con and added that it is so excited to share more during the panel and it has some big news that fans shouldn’t miss.

Xbox One version or a sequel

No one knows what it is that Activision is teasing fans about but the latest chatter making the rounds online suggests that the Xbox One version will possibly release later this year.

Another close possibility is that the remastered version’s explosive success has now called upon the development of a brand new "Crash Bandicoot” game. It is said that the fate of a fourth title solely depends on how the market responds to the release of the N Sane Trilogy remaster.

Previous leaks of an Xbox One version surfaced way even before the official launch of the game in late June, indicating that the exclusivity deal between Activision and Sony is timed exclusive. Thus, the remastered game collection will be also available on non-PS4 consoles and even on Windows PC at some point.

So, fans are just a day away from finding out what the big surprise really is, including the future plan of Activision for the popular franchise.

Difficulty level explained

Meanwhile, Vicarious Visions recently talked about the difficulty of “Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy” contrary to the first Crash game made available for the PlayStation 1.

Crash’s jump isn’t the same in the past game but Activision, in its most recent post, explained that the design was created with careful thought. That includes how the save and bonus rounds will work in order to offer an integrated and the best experience yet for players across the three games.

The game developer further went on by giving players some tips on how to handle the game and ease out the hard part.

It said that the gamers’ starting point must be the second game, then the third, and save the first game for the last run.

San Diego Comic-Con will open on July 20 and end on July 23, 2017. It will take place at San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, California.

“Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy” was released on June 30, 2017, for the PlayStation 4.
