Pelfast released the trailer for their upcoming tower-defense game entitled "Comet Crash 2: The Kronkoid Wars" for the PlayStation 4 platform. This game is a sequel to the first "Comet Crash" on the PlayStation 3 console. Now, the game is slated to be released in August. In addition, the new features of the said game presents three multiplayer options.

This multiplayer options assures players that they will not get bored on the 50 missions provided. Instead, they can connect through their internet and search for a match-up with friends or other players out there.

Multiplayer options

Pelfast, the creators and developers behind the said game, is bringing the online multiplayer option. This will provide players with the chance to locally battle with other player and increase their ranks online. This is also a perfect feature for competitive players. As previously teased on their Twitter post last July 2, the post says, "This is going to be a good month. Sharpen your skills, stay tuned."

Along with the post above, they recently updated their official Twitter page with something new.

The multiplayer options are the following:

  • 1 V 1 - This mode are for those players who prefer a solo match-up against other players playing in this category.
  • 2 V 2 - This mode are for those players who prefer a duo math-up against other paired teams online.
  • Free-for-All Battles

Gaining experience points

While battling online through multiplayer, players can gain experience points.

These points are used to unlock other ship upgrades that will strengthen the units used to defend from enemies. In addition, this will also change the tides of battle. Other than experience points, players can use multiple strategies to win a battle. There are multitude of ways they can deploy their units and defeat their opponents.

Destroying Kronkoid bosses in each levels will grant players some boost on their towers and units. Overall, there are 50 missions.

Comet Crash 2: The Kronkoid Wars does not have a specific price yet but will be released this August 8, exclusively on the PlayStation 4 console.
