According to VG247, the first DLC will come as soon as December, just a month after the game drops on November 17. Interestingly, the DLCs will arrive as "themed-seasons" for the game.

They'll even get the planet Crait from "Episode 7: The Last Jedi" absolutely free of cost. The game's design director

The game's design director Niklas Fegraeus told Gamespot that the reason behind giving away DLC content for free is because "What we wanted to do was have a journey that starts at the launch of the game. So when the game begins, this journey starts with different seasons [of DLC]." He explained that the studio did not want to divide their players by how much money they're willing to spend on the game. He said, "No one will ever be locked away by some purchase that they made."
