The World is a majestic place, with many flavors of beauty. You can look, at any corner of the world, and you'll find beauty and charm in abundance. In all honesty, I could make a long list of resplendent #Places To Visit, but I have only included my favorite seven, as visiting all the inspiring places could take a lifetime. 1. Victoria falls

Victoria Falls is the breathtaking waterfall at the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe. It is described as ‘the smoke that thunders’ and it's also considered among the seven natural wonders of the World. If you haven’t been to this incredible scenic beauty, it's a must on your bucket list.

2. Neuschwanstein Castle

Neuschwanstein Castle is the most visited spot in Germany. This castle is a unique piece of 19th century architecture. Neuschwanstein Castle is situated near Fussen, Bavaria. Although the castle has a medieval facade it has a modern interior and technology, by the 19th century standards. The castle itself is mind-blowing, but the landscape surrounding it is magnificent as well. This castle is definitely worth a visit, as it was pictured in many movies and was the inspiration for Disneyland’s Sleepy Beauty Castle.

3. Railay

Railay is one of the many beautiful beaches in the south coast of Thailand. It is filled with large limestone cliffs, thus an ideal spot for trekkers and rock climbers. The serenity provided by the surrounding Andaman Sea, makes it perfect, for lazy loungers, looking for a chill-out destination.

4. Northern Lights

#Northern Lights are like "a celestial ballet of lights dancing in the night sky". This sensational event is the ultimate paradigm of how splendid science can be. Northern Norway is considered as one of the best places to witness, and enjoy the northern lights, in the arctic sky. The perks of visiting this tourism spot are, that you get to do a bunch of activities like tours and cruises during the daytime and behold the remarkable northern lights, during the night.

5. Torres Del Paine

One of the most visited places in Chile is the #Torres Del Paine National Park. The massive glaciers, the vast grasslands, and the grand mountains make this park an out-of-this World amazing spot to visit.

The three granite mountains and the horn-shaped peaks are the most glorious sites of the park. The best times to visit are from December to April, so you can plan a trip, in the coming holidays.

6. Petra

Petra is the most august depiction of ancient architecture. Pink sandstone cliffs are carved into mesmerizing temples and tombs. This half-carved and half-built city is located between the Red Sea and the Dead Sea. This famous archaeological city is a unique site, as it is surrounded by cliffs and mountains with passages. Petra is ideal for explorers that have a knack for architectural wonders.

7. Machu Picchu

Machu Picchu is situated, between the Amazon Basin and the Peruvian Andes, in Peru. This magnificent peak is surrounded by a vast wondrous tropical forest. It consists of huge walls and terraces, built so aesthetically, that it is a precious work of art. Machu Picchu is the perfect blend of natural and artificial beauty. It is also known as the lost city of the Incas. The summer months, June to August, are best to visit this site, although it might get crowded.
