Height is an important factor in the society, but most people seem to prefer to be of medium height. People are fascinated by those who hold the records for both the tallest and shortest people. Medical conditions can often influence height, and it's no laughing matter. Some of these conditions are accompanied by chronic pain and are bone related. 1. Chandra Bahadur Dangi

Chandra broke #Gul Mohammed’s record of being the shortest man in the world, according to Earth Is A Planet. He held the record until his death in 2015.

Dangi was a primordial dwarf who had never left the Nepal village which was his birthplace. He was first acknowledged by a man visiting the village and was awarded the record of the smallest man in 2012 when he was 72-years-old.

2. Gul Mohammed

According to Its Discovery, Gul Mohammed was born in 1957 in New Delhi, India, and he is among the smallest men that ever lived. He was the shortest man before Dangi beat him to the top of the list. The Guinness World Records book announced Gul as the shortest man in 1992, and he died in 1997 at the age of 40 following a deadly heart attack. He was a lifetime heavy smoker.

3. Junrey Balawing

Balawing is the shortest man alive. He was declared the shortest when he was 18 years old, according to the World’s Top Most.

His bones are abnormally weak, and he has a problem with walking. Even though he has never been tested, it is believed that he suffers from a birth-related issue. Junrey’s growth came to a halt a few months after he was born. He is from the Philippines.

Jyoti is the world’s smallest woman, and she starred in “American Horror Story,” according to The Richest. She has featured in documentaries and appeared on reality TV shows. Amge was born on 1993 in India, and her height is due to achondroplasia, a growth abnormality condition. Some of the symptoms of this conditions are shortening of limbs, dwarfism, and a large head with a prominent forehead.

Magar was born in 1992 in Nepal, according to Its Discovery. He was announced as one of the shortest people in the world in 2010. He is also called “little Buddha” and doctors say that his body is similar to a 3-year-old kid. Magar promotes tourism in his locality and loves to dance. The Nepal native has featured in a documentary called “The World’s Shortest Man and Me,” according to The Richest, and appears in public a lot.
