U.S. President Donald Trump’s wife, Melania Trump had her social media account scrutinized during father’s day on Sunday, June 18. Twitter users reportedly wanted to take note of the message and wishes being sent to Donald Trump.

As shown below, Melania Trump’s Twitter account published and wrote a father’s day message. This was her move after she reportedly received criticism from several Twitter users that she did not even wish her busy husband a happy father’s day. The first lady used the hashtag #HappyFathersDay and tagged Donald Trump’s official Twitter account, @POTUS along with a heart emoji.

Michelle greets Barack Obama

Former first lady of United States Michelle posted a tweet for her husband, Barack Obama, including a throwback photo of him hand their daughters for the father's day. The tweets garnered more than 428k likes on Twitter, which was 10 times more than the amount of likes Melania got.

Beneath the Twitter post of Melania Trump, she was compared to Michelle in different ways and situations. However, Michelle also got the exact type of messages on the comment section.

According to Newsweek, the Slovenian former model and now first lady is still finding her footing on her latest position while balancing her motherhood and her desires to stay out from Donald Trump’s political life. Moreover, her appearances in public were considered somewhat brief most of the time.

In contrast, the former first lady, Michelle Obama paved her own way after her husband became the president of United States. As a first lady, she introduced campaign projects close to her such as nutrition, fitness and other health goals campaign for the future generation.

Despite the comparison, former first ladies explained that nobody can expect the first ladies to be perfect and truly prepare for the unpaid job of White House as it is a difficult road to navigate.

Moreover, Michelle Obama reportedly talked to the current first lady, Melania Trump about the position and said that she is willing to help her.

"My offer to Melania was, ‘You really don’t know what you don't know until you’re here, so the door’s open,’ as I’ve told her and as Laura Bush told me,” Michelle shared in an interview with Oprah Winfrey in December 2016.
